About the student exchange program

The PIYE student exchange program is a unique project. Thanks to the enthusiasm, involvement and openness of the scholarship holders, a vast network of Polish-Israeli relations and friendships have been formed. Discussions, workshops, travel and the opportunities to live together have allowed young Poles and Israelis to get to know each other better and to understand their respective views, passions and culinary tastes. There is no better occasion for building understanding than meeting others in their own country, surrounded by their friends and family. Living together and sharing experiences allows participants to understand the differing historical narratives and cultural experiences that condition each of our identities.
The project is also a unique educational opportunity to improve academic skills. Students have the opportunity to study at Tel Aviv University, which means that they will be in contact with renowned scientists at working at the highest levels of their profession. The program has been in operation for two years and has already produced countless friendships, memories and experiences. New adventures, experiences and challenges still await us.
