Educational Center
Education Without Walls
The Museum is already involved in numerous educational activities: scholarship programs, workshops, seminars and Polish-Israeli youth exchange programs. These activities are directed at students of all ages who are interested in Jewish culture. Even more activities will be possible once the Museum is open, including programs intended for entire families. These future activities will make full use of the core exhibition, multimedia library and cinema hall to provide visitors with an interactive and thought-provoking educational experience.

PIYE Youth Exchange Programs
The Museum has created a unique platform for dialogue between two cultures – Polish and Jewish. PIYE programs are directed at both high school and university students. These programs provide a space for students to get to know each other, work together and have fun. Over 1500 students and teachers participated in 2008. You can join them this year!

Programs for Schools
Our educational programs grow richer and more diverse each year. “Students Discover Muranów” is a project that brings educational workshops to local schools. With the cooperation of Polish history, arts and language teachers, we have developed exciting lessons for both students and teachers. We also run special workshops for educators, giving local teachers the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills.

Workshops and Competitions in an Urban Space
We work hard to create workshops and competitions that are both educational and fun. Using art and other interactive methods, we try and convey to young people the most interesting elements of Jewish tradition and culture. We invite all the young people of Warsaw to come and participate.
